Target Archery
The Target Archery discipline forms the foundation of the Mamluk Academy. Regardless of their chosen branch, all members must first complete either the '6-Week Basic Mamluk Archery' course or the '2-Day Basic Mamluk Archery Clinic.' This discipline covers the ancient techniques of Mamluk archery, its philosophical approaches, history, and cultural elements.
Archers who complete these trainings become eligible for the Culban Tiraz Exams. Those who succeed in all Culban exams may then begin the examinations for the 'Sultaniyye' class, which represents the Master level.

CULBAN CLASS

Each archer who reaches a level is presented with a badge representing that level by his instructor.
